How do I get verified?

1. Sign into your XEXYMIX Australia account.
2. Join our XEXYMIX Partners with all required information. You’ll be notified if any further details are needed.
3. Once your application has been approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with more detail.

How long will it take to get verified?

You should receive our email from us within 3 working days. Once you’ve been approved, your 30% off will be activated and ready for use. 
If not, you may need to submit some additional information.

Can I give special benefits to my members?

Yes, you can.
We will provide specific code for your members to be able to get more discount.

Can I sell your gear on my studio?

Yes, you can.

How do I redeem my 30% off*?

We will add your account to XEXYMIX Partners group once your account has been approved. You’ll be able to enjoy 30% off online and in-store.
+ Online: Sign into the same account you used to get verified. As soon as you receive our confirmation email, your benefit is ready to use. Please make sure to use your code at checkout.
+ In-Store: After you've been verified online, you are eligible to use your benefit in-store. Just let our team member know who you are in-store with your ID. Our team can apply your benefit.

Can I use my discount in store and online?

Yes, you can use your 30% off both online and in-store.
+ To use the 30% online, sign into the same account you used to get verified. As soon as you receive our confirmation email with your discount code, your benefit is ready to use. Please make sure to use your code at checkout.
+ To use the 30% in-store, make sure you’ve been approved online prior to shopping. After you've been approved online, you are eligible to use your benefit in-store. Just let our team member know who you are in-store with your ID.

Can I share my discount?

No, you cannot share with anyone.
Your 30% off is only for you. If you’re shopping online for other people, we cannot accept your discount. Misuse of your 30% off could lead to be deactivated from the program.

What does my 30% off apply to?

Your 30% off applies on purchases online and in-store. It's valid on full price only for yourself on our Australian online store and in-stores. It’s not valid for some clearance sale items, gift cards, in combination with other promotions, or for gifting or resale. Exclusions apply

Can I sign up to this Partners Program in store?

No, You need to join this online only.

Can I use my discount more than once?

Yes, you can use more than once. There’s no limit to the number of times during the period of activation for this program.

Can I apply my 30% off to gear I’ve already purchased?

No, your 30% off is only valid in the moment and does not apply to previous purchases, either online or in-store.
